“VSDent” is the trade name under which VSTech S.L. provides sales, installation, repair and maintenance services for dental equipment. The domains vsdent.es and vs.dental belong to VSTech S.L.

2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website vsdent.es (the “Website”). Browsing the Website gives you the status of user and implies full acceptance of every provision in this Legal Notice.

3. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to use the Website, its contents and services in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, good faith and public order. The user shall refrain from using the Website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage the rights or interests of VSTech S.L. or third parties, or that could overload, impair or disable the Website.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the Website (texts, images, graphics, logos, design, source code) are the property of VSTech S.L. or of third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the express authorisation of the owner is prohibited.

A-dec and the A-dec logo are trademarks of A-dec, Inc. (Newberg, Oregon, USA). They are used on this Website solely to identify the manufacturer whose equipment our technicians are certified to install and service. VSDent / VSTech S.L. is an independent company and is not a subsidiary of A-dec, Inc.

VSTech S.L. makes every effort to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the Website. Information about services and equipment is indicative; the terms of any service are those set out in the specific written quote accepted by the client.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the Website, the parties submit to the courts of the user’s domicile when the user is a consumer, and otherwise to the courts of Torrevieja (Alicante), Spain.
