- CIF: B13709324
- Address: Calle Helena, Urb. Torreblanca, Edif. Torremar, 2, planta 4, puerta H, 03183 Torrevieja (Alicante), Spain

2. What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the data you choose to send us: name, clinic or company, email address, phone number, the subject of your enquiry and the content of your message. Name, email and message are required to answer your enquiry; the other fields are optional. We also process technical data needed to deliver the page and protect the form against abuse (IP address, browser type), and, only if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated usage statistics.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote: legal basis is the adoption of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To protect the Website against spam and attacks (Cloudflare Turnstile, rate limiting): legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- To measure how the Website is used (analytics): your consent, given through the cookie banner (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing communications without your prior consent.
4. How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to respond and, if a commercial relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and the legally required periods (generally up to six years for accounting and tax purposes). Data from enquiries that do not lead to a relationship is deleted within twelve months.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. It is processed by service providers acting on our behalf under data processing agreements: our email provider (Google Ireland Ltd., Google Workspace), our anti-spam provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) and our hosting provider in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to info@vstech.es or to the postal address above, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to the people who need it, anti-spam verification and up-to-date systems.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page.
